Construction was well along here in mid 2010 on four high-end townhouses by Niklas Group, which has completed several other residential projects in Calgary, and had Casel on the go at the same time up the hill of Seventeenth Avenue just west of Crowchild Trail, SW.
 
There are four "stacked" townhouses at Salix with two of them having large roof-top decks, all with multiple levels, lots of large windows, two or three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and all with an indoor parking stall.  The two smaller suites are those with the roof-tope decks, while the two larger suites have spacious bonus space in both the basement and a loft/den (foosball?).
 
I have on file the floor plans and will have the Condo Plan after the project is complete.  Exterior doors and windows at Salix will be common property for maintenance and eventual replacement.
