This large development across Richmond Road from the Coop grocery has 165 townhouse homes that were built here in 1970 as a rental property.  The conversion to condominiums along with renovations of the home interiors was completed in 1990 by United Management.  With fencing along Richmond Road and a setback to allow for parking, you could drive by Gladstone Park for years without noticing that it's there behind the trees.

The property has stall parking for every home with plenty of land left over for lawns, trees, and a playground.  There are three floor plans with two, three, and four bedrooms, and all homes have a basement plus the two above-grade floors.  Including the basements the floor areas for these are 1,301, 1,568, and 1,915 square feet.  The MLS-stated measures will deduct the basement floor area from each.  Every home has a little back yard area, some built out with decks and surrounded with fencing; cute and well-suited to young families.  Groups of homes are clad in either light blue or cream-colour vinyl siding.

Exterior windows and doors at Gladstone Park are common property for maintenance and eventual replacement.  The Condo Plan allocates unit factors in approximate proportion to each floor plan's floor area, and I keep the Plan on file.
