Casel by Niklas Group should be done by December 2010 allowing 56 condo suite owners to move in, and a commercial space to open on the ground floor.  There is indoor parking for all suites plus the commercial condominium, which will be a two-storey podium likely to be divided into several smaller storefronts and second-floor office uses.
