Three spacious and attractive three-level towhouses were completed here in 2002 by Calgary's Del-Rich Homes. While my photo is of the home stretched along Fourth Avenue, the two others face onto Fifth Street, so all three have their address there. Each home has double drive-under parking and a den that opens onto a small patio at the front for home #1, and at the back for # 2 and #3. There's room for another vehicle or two on each driveway.

Above the parking/den/storage are two living levels in each home, with two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, a fireplace, and nice finishing including granite counters. Floor areas are 1,200 to 1,400 square feet for the two upper living levels, plus the den, utilities and parking on the ground. A little development like this will almost certainly be self managed and will have modest condo contributions. Volunteers among the three owners usually cut the lawn and trim the hedge. The Condo Plan allocates unit actors in proportion to each home's floor area, and I keep the Plan on file. Exterior windows and doors are common property.
