One suite measures 1,277 and the other is 1,326 square feet. At the back of the building three suites back onto a common-property garden atop the carport roof; 'nice!

Unit factors at Adora are assigned to suites in proportion to their sizes, while stalls--indoor and out--are assigned common property so pay no condo contribution or property tax.
