Frame built in 1989, this six-suite rental building was condo converted in 1992 and today offers surprisingly nice suites at affordable prices compared to many other Bridgeland options. Suite finishings are nice enough with laminate hardwood floors, updated kitchens, and modern appliances. Four of six suites have windows facing two directions. 'Last I heard the owners were self-managing the building, which has a peaked asphalt-shingle roof and vinyl cladding.
