A mixed-use development is the goal of Anthem Properties for the south block of its long-vacant land in Erlton adjacent to MacLeod Trail. These properties were not developed by their previous owner, so as of October, 2008, Anthem is working with locals and the City of Calgary to arrive at a development plan.
