At June of 2008 this project is on the drawing boards and raising capital through advertising and its web site. It should be a darn good investment, as the building will link directly to the first new LRT station west of the downtown.

Manhattan on Tenth will likely be entirely commercial space, with no residential condos, but I thought I'd list it, just in case. The proposal calls for offices, indoor parking, restaurants, meeting spaces and perhaps a boutique hotel. Downtown long ago spilled over the CPR tracks into the Beltline, and now seems likely to spill west over Fourteenth Street into this formerly industrial part of Sunalta. I'd put money on that!
