Luna is to be the third tower of three, marching east along Twelfth Avenue starting with Stella at Eleventh Street, then Nova, shown in this photo behind the Luna sign, and finally Luna at Tenth Street. This three-tower project is by Qualex-Landmark Developments.  For more detail about the trio also read my entry for Stella.

Construction and marketing started for Luna in March 2010 after things were on the back burner for a year and some months during the slow real estate market.  Luna's completion should be late in 2012. The tower is to be 30 storeys tall with 218 homes, 212 of them apartment suites and six townhouse live/work-zoned suites along Twelfth Avenue, plus a couple of small retail condo spaces, all atop a garage for 220 vehicles. Suites will have nine-foot ceilings, in-floor heating, frameless-glass shower enclosures, large soaker tubs, and come equiped with stainless-steel appliances and roller blinds for all windows.  A limited number of lockers are available for purchase as an upgrade. The building will have a gym with mens' and women's steam rooms, a meeting/movie room on the second floor, plus a roof garden at that level.

Stella and Nova operate as a single condominium corporation, while Luna will stand alone for governance.  Exterior doors and windows at Luna will be common property. The Condominium Plan will be registered after completion.  I keep on file all suite floor plans, schematic drawings of the entire three-tower development, and all original marketing materials.
