There are 21 lucky homeowners in this three-storey walk-up 1959 frame building that has one of Calgary's premier river-side locations. With not even a walking path between it and the Elbow River, east-facing residents of the Hamilton could fish off their balconies! Everyone else would only have to step out the door and walk 15 paces to the river, and to the footbridge across to Lindsay Park and its sports/aquatic centre.

Converted to condos in 1996, the builder put in all new windows, added balconies and the entry portico with pillars, which add a touch of class, although woodpeckers seem to nibble at them.
