There are only three large townhouses in this development that has the Elbow River just beyond its front yard. As there's no pathway on this side of the Elbow here, these lucky folks will hear more duck and geese traffic than cars or pedestrians; the triangular lot has about 200 feet of river frontage!

The Condo-Plan square-footage measures for these homes are 1,877, 2,065 and 2,289; deduct something for the indoor parking, and you still have three homes of very spacious finished floor areas.
These were built in 1990, and each has drive-under parking for either one or two vehicles. It appears that each home has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a fireplace. There aren't basements, but the family room or den on the main level off each garage is "walk out" to the lawn on the riverbank. Both the living-area level on the second floor and the bedrooms level on the third floor of each home has a large balcony, probably all with a downtown view.
