Right behind the Eau Claire Market and alongside the Bow River Lagoon and river pathways, these 23 spacious townhouse homes built in 1995 are in the middle of the Eau Claire action, yet have a fully-fenced property with a lovely garden courtyard over top of the concrete indoor parkade. Because these are townhouses they each have their own furnace and hot water heater and owners pay those utilities separately from the condo fees which cover all exterior maintenance. These are as close to a "house" as we can find in Eau Claire, and nice big houses they are, too!
