Here's a cutie! This 1945 L-shaped three-storey apartment building was bought and condo converted in 2000, with the builder adding a two-suite fourth floor, in addition to upgrading the entire original building. Set on a large treed corner lot in this leafy neighbourhood, the building today looks rustic and more suburban than its inner-city location.

There are 11 suites and carport parking for everyone around back or on a side-yard driveway. Lockers for spare tires and golf clubs back onto the carports. While the building's address is on Royal Avenue, tell the Waiters en Route driver that the north-wing suites are accessed via a second front door facing 5A Street.
