This is a 1966-built four-storey concrete walk-up apartment building of 16 small suites with assigned stall parking for all suites at the back. Remodeling for condo conversion in 2007 appeared to be higher-end by RGT Properties, boasting bathrooms by the around-the-corner Royal Flush store (heated floors!), quartz countertops, maple cabinetry, glass backplaces and high-quality appliances. There don't appear to be in-suite laundries, but there's a coin-op on the lower level. The two suites at the front that are half below grade enjoy dug-out patios. There is no basement, so likey there's no out-of-suite storage.

The building's face has a decorative brick cladding and tall stairwell windows, so the interior here will always be bright. 'A good-looking simple building, nicely spruced up on a lovely tree-lined street! If you live here and there's a name for this building, please let me know. Exterior windows and doors are common property for maintenance and eventual replacement. I have the Condo Plan on file.
