Okay, so this building is technically in Parkhill/Stanley Park neighbourhood. But with "Erlton" in the name, I thought we'd better include it in the Erlton condo directory.

Built in 1981 and condo converted in 1994, this is a 30-suite three-storey walk-up frame apartment building atop an assigned-stalls concrete parkade. Half the suites are one-bedroom homes of 577 sq. ft, and the others are two-bedroom one-bath suites of 773 sq. ft or so. Most of the two-bedroom suites are on the east side of the building, which overlooks MacLeod Trail 100 feet down the slope, so they have that traffic noise, but get some nice morning sun. The one-bedroom places mostly face west onto Erlton Court, which is a pretty quiet dead end street. There's coin laundry in the building, although many suites seem to have in-suite laundry machines. The hallways in this building are unusually narrow, but many suites are pleasantly improved once you get inside them.

The corporation opted out of collective responsibility for exterior windows and doors, so condo fees don't need to fund maintenance or replacements, but if you need a new patio slider door or a window, it's at the owner's individual expense.
